* [Billy Wilder i Ernest Lehman] Obrzucali się obelgami przez całą noc, tęgo popijając, a rankiem nieśli wymęczone strony przy kielichu strony na plan, gdzie aktorzy poddawali się już charakteryzacji, a na planie ustawiano światło. Praktycznie nie było sceny, linijki tekstu ani najbłahszej pointy, o którą nie skakali sobie do gardła – bo jeden nie spuszczał oka z drugiego – lecz żadna kłótnia nie dorównywała tej , która wybuchła podczas dyskusji nad seksualną abstynencją Sabriny – a ostatecznie samej Audrey.
