::::::::: Rzeczywiście, cel informacyjno-edukacyjny nie musi stać w sprzeczności z celem komercyjnym. Rzecz w tym, że obostrzenia prawne dla tworzenia '''tylko''' treści informacyjno-edukacyjnej są o wiele mniejsze, niż dla tworzenia treści która będzie się nadawać do komercyjnego wykorzystania. W skrócie - jeżeli to ma działać tak, żeby jakiś przedsiębiorca mógł sobie przyjść, skopiować stąd cytaty i wydać jako "Księgę cytatów polskich" (za podaniem autorstwa, licencji itp. itd. oczywiście), to dozwolony użytek odpada całkowicie. Alessio, to co piszesz to też prawda - sam spotkałem osoby które były bardzo chętne do edytowania Wikipedii aż do chwili w której wyjaśniłem, o co chodzi w licencji CC-BY-SA i że ktoś inny może zupełnie w zgodzie z tą licencją zarabiać na ich twórczości, nie płacąc ani złotówki. Sprawa co jakiś czas wraca w Wikimediach, najczęściej gdy pojawia się jakaś osoba oburzona tym, że ktoś gdzieś wykorzystał lub chce wykorzystać jej pracę zgodnie z licencją (vide np. [[w:Dyskusja Wikipedii:Oświadczenie nt. Wikipedii na WP]] albo [[s:Dyskusja wikiskryby:Kompowiec2]]).
